Santa Rossa

For over 85 years, Santarossa Mosaic & Tile Company has been a premier hard surface provider, fabricator, and installer, to the entire Midwest.

Terrazzo

Terrazzo is a custom-fabricated “green” material that is up to 75 percent recycled content. It requires minimal energy for production, and it is known for its longevity and easy maintenance. Thus, terrazzo helps to reduce the amount of post-industrial and post-consumer waste in landfills. Up to eight LEED credits can be awarded for the use of terrazzo in a project.

Santarossa can make a stunning and unique terrazzo formula with your hand-selected aggregates and colors, which can then be poured onsite or precast.  In the Precast Terrazzo Division, craftsmen create monolithic stair systems, individual treads and risers, and bases that can be shipped throughout the country.

Natural Stone

Santarossa carries the largest inventory of exotic stones in the Midwest. Over 4,000 slabs of granite, marble, limestone, travertine, slate, and onyx are displayed and housed at our factory warehouse location.

Tile

Natural stone, porcelain, ceramic, glass, stainless steel, pewter, and even seashell tiles are all available at Santarossa. We supply all of the major tile manufacturers, and if we don’t already have what you’re looking for, we are usually able to get it.

Carpet, Engineered Wood Flooring, & Vinyl

Santarossa also supplies and installs commercial carpeting, pre-finished wood products, vinyl, and resilient flooring.  We have the ability to cut custom shapes and logos out of all of these materials using our state-of-the-art CNC Abraisive Water Jet.  This is a great way to create focal points in entryways and other common spaces!

Custom Fabrications

Santarossa can fabricate nearly anything you can imagine! We use our state-of-the-art CNC Abrasive Water Jet to create custom mosaics, murals, statues, and other artwork.  See some examples of our work in our Commercial Photo Gallery.

Vitrification

Our skilled craftspeople protect and restore hard surfaces with a VOC-free chemical process called vitrification, which creates the most durable surfaces in the industry. Santarossa helped to create this process, which extends the life and refurbishes the beauty of hard surfaces old and new.

Concrete Staining

A cost-effective and durable option, our concrete staining process can keep your floors beautiful for years. In addition, custom borders, logos, or designs can be etched into the concrete to create a focal point or decorative details.

Restoration & Repair

Trust Santarossa with all of your hard surface restoration and repair needs, from routine maintenance to like-new restoration projects. We can bring back the original luster to statues, fountains, flooring, stairs, and many other hard surfaces.
